I can't open a project

This is usually because you do not have the access rights to open a project. However, can you please check that you have:

1) added Composica to your trusted sites in Internet Explorer
2) turned off all pop up blockers

These two actions have solved 99.99% of all queries, and must be set by default when you start using Composica.

You can check the status of these from the Composica sign in page - look to the right of the log in box and follow the on-screen prompts

If you have done these things and still cannot log in, then please open a new support ticket and we will check the issue for you.
